INGREDIENTS
– 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced – 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled – 1/2 banana, frozen – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) – 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk) – 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – A few ice cube
Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the peach, hull the strawberries, and slice the banana if not pre-sliced.
Blend Add to blender peach slices, strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
